They never had sex- How could this happen?

In this day and age there are still people who still don’t know how to have sex. I’m not talking about having bad sex. I’m talking about the fact that they don’t know how to have sexual intercourse. Nobody told them and the mass media was inefficient in bringing to their awareness the pleasurable act of sex. Now that is strange taking in consideration that our economy is basically based on sex. Sex sells. Well that was the case of a German couple. They just didn’t know how to have sex and nobody told them. And that was tough luck because they desperately wanted to have a baby. The story is as follows:

A childless German couple finally found out why they weren't able to conceive — they had never had sex. Doctors at the Lübeck campus of the University Clinic of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany described the case in a medical bulletin, according to Ananova.com. After eight years of marriage, the 36-year-old man and his 30-year-old wife went to the campus' fertility clinic to figure out what was wrong. Doctors gave them a battery of tests and were baffled — both husband and wife were healthily fertile.

Then came the important question: "When we asked them how often they had had sex," said a clinic spokesman, "they looked blank, and said: 'What do you mean?'" He went on to explain that each of the pair had been brought up extremely religiously and had never heard of the birds and the bees.

        "We are not talking retarded people here," the  clinic spokesman said. The two "were simply unaware, after eight years of marriage, of the physical requirements necessary to procreate." The man and wife are now being given sexual therapy. The clinic is trying to find out if there are other couples in the area who could use a refresher course in human biology.

            I believe that the moral of the story is that sex doesn’t come as natural as it’s supposed. You have to learn how to have sex. And that is a good thing. It gives you the chance to learn from your sex teachers and avoid some mistakes. Unfortunately you won’t be able to avoid some of them. And that is a good thing too because it gives you the chance to teach others how to have a better sex life. If you hear or better yet meet someone that still doesn’t know how to have sex at an advanced age, for god’s sake teach him and earn some karma points.
